QCLI Learnings India Pvt. Ltd. is India's first Ed-Tech cum Law Firm which specializes in providing practical training and guidance on Contract Drafting, Vetting and Negotiations along with supporting MNCs and Start-Ups in drafting and reviewing their Contracts, NDAs and Data Privacy compliances.
Started in 2018 by industry veterans Adv. Pragy Jain and Adv. Achal Aggarwal, QCLI Learning have successfully trained and guided over 650 participants the practical skills of Contract Drafting, Vetting and Negotiations and have helmed over 35 MNCs and over 100 Start-Ups review and negotiate their Contracts.
Our Story
QCLI Learnings Pvt. Ltd. started as a law firm providing Contracts Drafting, Vetting and Negotiation services to MNCs and Start-Ups at the time when Start-Up culture was booming in India. However, during late 2020, our founders realized that there is no practical training or skill-set available for new graduates and experienced professionals, because of which candidates were not able to get job as In-House counsels and Companies were not fining suitable candidates who were having practical knowledge and experience. To bridge this gap, our founders thought of launching a course, which instead of traditional method of focusing on theoretical knowledge, primarily focuses on practical knowledge and skill-set. QCLI Learning have come a long way with providing guidance to 150+ participants and helping them achieving their dream of becoming In-House Counsels.
